ScanTrack ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate you via Google Sign-In.
• List your Google Drive files so you can select a spreadsheet.
• Append scanned barcode data (and optional metadata like timestamps and device info) to your selected Google Sheet.

ScanTrack does not have its own backend server. We do not store, sell, or share your data. All data flows directly from your device to Google's services.

3. Google API Services

ScanTrack uses Google APIs to fetch your spreadsheets and append data. Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your scanned data is stored locally on your device (temporarily, until synced) and permanently in the Google Sheet you select. Security of your data is governed by your Google Account security settings and Google's security infrastructure.

5. Your Rights

Since ScanTrack operates without a backend database:

• You can delete your local data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
• You can manage your cloud data directly via Google Drive and Google Sheets.
• You can revoke ScanTrack's access to your Google Account at any time via your Google Account Permissions.
